We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for an exciting assignment in retail where you will play a key role in the development of a new inventory valuation solution. You will work closely with the business, finance, data engineers, and development teams, and be responsible for gathering, structuring, and ensuring the quality of requirements, as well as ensuring that the solution is built robustly, scalably, and in line with processes for inventory, order flows, and financial calculations.

You will analyze and document business requirements, work with data modeling at the conceptual and logical levels, and follow up on the development of data pipelines, ETL/ELT flows, and integrations. You will lead workshops, coordinate dependencies between teams and vendors, and verify that delivered solutions meet needs and data definitions. You will also support project management with coordination and follow-up of activities.

The environment includes Databricks, integrations with order and inventory-related systems, as well as modern data pipelines together with experienced development and data engineering teams.

• At least five years of experience as a requirements analyst or Business Analyst in IT
• Good understanding of data modeling at the conceptual and logical levels
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and modern data architectures
• Accustomed to working closely with data engineers, analysts, or BI/Data & Analytics teams
• Preferably insight into processes related to inventory, orders, or supply chain
• Very good understanding of financial processes and how data is used in valuation, reporting, or controlling
• Experience collaborating with many stakeholders in business, finance, IT, and external vendors
• Structured, analytical, and confident in leading workshops and managing complex requirements
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
